In 1991, Pneumatech purchased a controlling interest in ConservAIR Technologies Co., LLP, which designs and builds compressed air management systems. This equipment, which is manufactured in the new Pneumatech facility in Kenosha, WI USA, conserves compressed air by eliminating unproductive or artificial demands which are inherent in all compressed air systems. At the same time, it also stabilizes a plant's compressed air system pressure to within +/-1-2 psi differential across the entire system, while satisfying the variable productive demands that are placed upon industrial compressed air systems.

ConservAIR Technologies Company, LLP is today's solution to fluctuating compressed air pressure. Founded in 1987, ConservAIR was the first to patent and bring to market products designed to improve the operation and efficiency of the demand side of compressed air systems.

ConservAIR's integrated management approach to compressed air usage stabilizes air pressure at points of use, controls distribution, manages leaks and better sequences compressor operation, for complete demand side AND supply side control. While maximizing the performance of pneumatically operated equipment, ConservAIR products allow delivery of compressed air at the lowest possible cost per cfm.

ConservAIR's energy saving systems are presently operating in many U.S.A., Canadian, U.K., China and Indian industrial plants.
