A non-cycling dryer will run continuously, reardless of the compressed air flow rate or humidity/moisture in the air. These units also use a hot gas bypass valve to regulate the flow of refrigerant, but it will not reduce the energy consumption of the dryer. These dryers have a lower initial cost than cycling dryers and are ideal for facilities who are not constantly using compressed air.
