Pressure Swing Adsorption technology

The PPOG 2-18 HE oxygen generator employs cutting-edge Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce high-purity oxygen with outstanding efficiency. This technology functions by separating oxygen from other atmospheric gases, leveraging the distinct adsorption properties of gas molecules at different pressures. Ambient air is directed through vessels containing zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS), which selectively trap nitrogen and other impurities, allowing only purified oxygen to pass through. By alternating between high and low pressures across different vessels, the ZMS are continuously regenerated, providing a consistent and reliable supply of oxygen.
