Enhanced high-grade stainless steel filter housing

Advanced filter cartridge design

100% integrity tested (DOP test)

Approved for food applications

FS filter housings are made out of stainless steel with a surface that has been smoothened. The upper and lower filter filter parts are connected by sanitary tri clamp fitting and the side connections are made out of sanitary ISO flanges. As a result, there is no void inside the entire filter housing and there is little to no risk of microorganism contamination. The filter elements are manufactured with silicon to ensure robustness at high operating and sterilization temperatures. All this results in a highly-efficient and exceptionally strong filter.

Compressed Air Filters

Compressed air can contain a wide range of contaminants, from oil droplets to sand and dust particles. However small, these particles can cause downstream equipment malfunctions, product contamination, and other quality issues. Depending on your application, you may need compressed air filters to prevent air system quality, reliability, and efficiency problems. Pneumatech offers various types of compressed air filters to remove any type of contaminant.
