The PPNG 100-800 HE is Pneumatech’s premium nitrogen generator for high-flow applications such as laser cutting, modified atmospheric packaging, lithium-ion battery production, coffee packaging, and beer brewing. It offers best-in-class reliability, efficiency, and guaranteed purity, even when installed outside. These bold benefits are backed by innovative features. The PPNG HE’s innovative PSA cycle and high-efficiency CMS keep energy costs and emissions low. Its unique Variable Flow Saver algorithm delivers up to 40% additional energy savings during lower load. Automated regulation of nitrogen pressure and purity guarantees the selected purity. A heavy-duty welded design and a number of protective features ensure a long machine and CMS lifetime of at least 15 years at full load. The PurelogicTM controller optimizes the PPNG HE’s performance and provides advanced control and monitoring options.
