The PPNG 100-800 HE is Pneumatech’s premium nitrogen generator for high-flow applications such as laser cutting, modified atmospheric packaging, lithium-ion battery production, coffee packaging, and beer brewing. It offers best-in-class reliability, efficiency, and guaranteed purity, even when installed outside. These bold benefits are backed by innovative features. The PPNG HE’s innovative PSA cycle and high-efficiency CMS keep energy costs and emissions low. Its unique Variable Flow Saver algorithm delivers up to 40% additional energy savings during lower load.

 

Automated regulation of nitrogen pressure and purity guarantees the selected purity. A heavy-duty welded design and a number of protective features ensure a long machine and CMS lifetime of at least 15 years at full load. The Purelogic Touch controller optimizes the PPNG HE’s performance and provides advanced control and monitoring options.

Pressure Swing Adsorption technology

The PPNG 100-800 HE nitrogen generator utilizes advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to efficiently produce high-purity nitrogen. This process separates nitrogen from other gases in the air by exploiting the distinct adsorption properties of gas molecules at different pressures. Within the system, air is directed through vessels containing carbon molecular sieves (CMS), which selectively adsorb oxygen and other impurities, allowing nitrogen to pass through as a purified product. By alternating between high and low pressures in different vessels, the CMS are regenerated, ensuring a continuous and reliable nitrogen supply.
