Refrigeration dryer technology

Refrigeration dryers, offered in both air-cooled and water-cooled models, effectively cool the warm, moisture-rich air produced by the compressor. The process begins in the air-to-air heat exchanger and continues in the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger, where moisture is condensed and removed. The air is then reheated to ambient temperature, reducing the pressure dew point and preventing condensation in the piping system. This cooling also lessens the refrigerant system’s workload by pre-cooling the incoming air. As the most commonly used drying solution, refrigeration dryers are versatile for a wide variety of applications.
