Producing your own nitrogen gives you full control over your supply and eliminates expensive cylinder and liquid deliveries. Two-stage generation further reduces energy consumption costs.

A 300-bar model is available for operations that require high-pressure nitrogen or cylinder storage.

Pressure Swing Adsorption technology

The PPNG DX skid comes equipped with the PPNG HE nitrogen generator, which uses proven Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce high-purity nitrogen on site. PSA separates nitrogen from compressed air by selectively adsorbing oxygen, ensuring a consistent supply of nitrogen with precisely controlled purity and high gas quality. This reliable and energy-efficient technology is ideal for continuous, demanding applications such as electronics soldering and UV curing.

Two-stage nitrogen generation

A conventional on-site generator needs a lot of energy to produce nitrogen with a 99.999% purity. When combined with a PPNG DX nitrogen purification system, the generator only needs to reach 99.9% purity. The PPNG DX then removes the remaining oxygen with a controlled catalytic reaction that uses a small amount of hydrogen. The result is nitrogen with a guaranteed 99.999% purity that requires up to 30% less feed air, giving you significant investment and operational savings.
