PHx 10-375 Heatless adsorption dryer

This heatless adsorption dryer is designed to deliver reliable and efficient moisture removal, achieving a standard pressure dew point of up to –40°C (–40°F). It operates within a pressure range of 4 to 16 bar(g) (58–232 psi[g]) and supports flow capacities of up to 375 CFM at 7 bar(g).

 

The unit is suitable for a wide range of operating conditions, with an ambient temperature range of 5 to 45°C (41–113°F) and an inlet temperature range of 5 to 50°C (41–122°F). It is powered by a 230V, 50/60Hz electrical supply, making it adaptable to various industrial environments.

Adsorption dryer technology

Adsorption dryers use high-quality desiccant material to adsorb the humidity in compressed air. They consist of two towers switching between two operational modes. While one tower is drying air, the other removes the moisture from its saturated desiccant to prepare it for a new drying cycle. The PHx 10-375 uses dry, expanded purge air for this regeneration process.
