The PPNG 6-90 HE is Pneumatech’s premium low- to medium-flow nitrogen generator, offering guaranteed purity and industry-leading performance for applications such as modified atmospheric packaging, soldering, metal treatment, and the production of chemicals.
The PPNG HE’s innovative PSA cycle and high-efficiency CMS ensure best-in-class air factors at full load to keep your energy costs and emissions as low as possible. It delivers additional energy savings of up to 40% at low load, thanks to the Variable Flow Saver algorithm. VCS allows the PPNG HE to meet the lower demand by adapting the PSA cycle and the feed air intake.
The control and monitoring capabilities of the PPNG 6-90 HE are equally impressive. Nitrogen quality is guaranteed with the automated regulation of N2 flow, pressure and purity. The PurelogicTM controller also checks feed air quality and ensures blow-off in case of off-spec conditions. The automatic start-up feature prevents any risk of possible CMS damage.
