Adsorption dryer technology

Adsorption dryers use desiccant material to adsorb the humidity in compressed air. They consist of two towers switching between two operational modes. While one tower is drying air, the other removes the moisture from its saturated desiccant to regenerate it, ie. to prepare it for a new drying cycle. The PH 22-43 uses dry, expanded purge air for this regeneration process.

The PH 22-43 heatless adsorption dryer comes equipped with a host of features that ensure energy efficiency, reliability and easy installation and operation.  For energy management and reduced operating costs, the range offers an optimized air flow through the dryer, purge nozzle optimization, and optional PDP control. The easy-to-use DC1 controller optimizes performance and efficiency of the dryer, keeps the pressure dewpoint stable, and allows for individual PDP setting. In terms of reliability, the PH 22-43’s high-quality desiccant can last up to 40,000 hours or 5 years of operation. The dryer also comes equipped with two pre-filters (G & C grade) to protect its operation and one dust filter (S grade) to ensure air quality. Desiccant maintenance is quick and easy with hassle-free bag replacement. Flexible installation is ensured with the optional wall mounting kit.
