Adsorption dryer technology

Adsorption dryers remove moisture from compressed air using high-performance desiccant material. The system consists of two towers operating alternately to ensure a continuous supply of dry air.


While one tower dries the compressed air, the second tower regenerates the saturated desiccant. During regeneration, a controlled amount of dried purge air is heated and directed through the desiccant bed. This process removes the accumulated moisture and prepares the desiccant for the next drying cycle.


The result is a reliable supply of high-quality dry compressed air, even in demanding operating conditions.
