Adsorption dryer technology

The PB 760-7400 HE adsorption dryers effectively remove moisture from compressed air by passing it through one of two towers filled with high-quality desiccant. When the desiccant in one tower becomes saturated, the dryer uses heated blower purge air to remove moisture from the desiccant while the other tower continues the drying process, ensuring no purge loss during regeneration. The PB 760-7400 HE range includes both blower purge and zero purge variants. The blower purge model utilizes this efficient purge air method, while the zero purge variants eliminate purge loss during cooling, further reducing lifecycle costs. With its low pressure drop and energy-efficient regeneration, the PB 760-7400 HE ensures consistent performance and reliability, extending the desiccant’s life, minimizing dust formation, and lowering maintenance requirements for industrial applications.

Key features

Enhanced durability with 4-way valve design

The PB 760-7400 HE is equipped with a high-performance 4-way valve designed for optimal durability and reliability. This innovative valve directs the flow of compressed air between the two desiccant towers, ensuring smooth and efficient operation during both drying and regeneration cycles.

Its robust design enhances system longevity by minimizing wear and tear, while its precise control ensures consistent air flow and pressure, contributing to the dryer’s overall performance. The long-life 4-way valve helps reduce maintenance intervals and operational costs, making it an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications.

Key features

Advanced Purelogic Touch controller

The PB 760-7400 HE is equipped with the advanced Purelogic Touch controller, designed to enhance both user experience and operational efficiency. This intuitive interface allows real-time monitoring and control of the dryer’s performance, enabling users to easily adjust settings for optimal operation.

The Purelogic™ touch controller also offers remote access, enabling performance analysis and troubleshooting from any location. With its user-friendly design, this advanced controller empowers operators to efficiently manage the dryer, ensuring stable dew points, energy efficiency, and simplified maintenance, while reducing downtime.
