PMHx

The PMHx line filters remove these contaminants to give you the quality air that protects your air system and your final products. The PMHx range includes coalescing, dust, and activated carbon filters to eliminate dust and dirt as well as oil vapors and aerosols. Thanks to their advanced filtration technologies, they do so with maximum energy efficiency and low total cost of ownership. The filters are available in a wide range of grades for different ISO 8573-1 2010 application types.

PMHx - Compressed air line filters

The PMHx range of coalescing oil filters, dust filters, and activated carbon oil vapor filters is designed to deliver reliable compressed air quality across a wide range of industrial applications. Available in multiple grades-G and C for general and fine oil coalescing filtration, S and D for general and fine dust filtration, and V for oil vapor removal-the range ensures outlet oil aerosol concentrations as low as 0.003 mg/m³ and filtration efficiency up to 99.97% at MPPS, depending on the selected grade.

 

With flow capacities ranging from 25 to 1431 CFM and an operating pressure of up to 16 bar(g), PMHx line filters are built for flexibility and performance. The aluminum housing supports ambient and compressed air inlet temperatures from 1 to 66°C (34–151°F), with V-grade filters optimized for temperatures up to 35°C (95°F), making the PMHx range a robust and dependable solution for maintaining air purity in demanding environments.

  • Coalescing and dust filters feature glass fiber layers composed of microscopically thin fibers to remove oil aerosols and dust particles.
  • Class V oil vapor filters rely on activated carbon, as a powder impregnated on layers or in the shape of pellets, to capture oil vapor particles.
