Setting a new standard in membrane nitrogen generation

The PMNG HE takes the cost-efficiency of producing your own nitrogen to a new level. It uses 35% less air on average than other membrane generators. That means lower energy use, reduced operational costs, and a smaller environmental impact.

The PMNG HE also takes the convenience of membrane technology to a new level. A true all-in-one solution, the PMNG HE is ready to go the minute you connect it to your compressor. No external process vessels or filtration are required.

The plug-and-play PMNG HE is easy to install and even easier to use. The intuitive controller allows for quick purity setting and offers advanced control, monitoring and connectivity options.

Finally, the PMNG HE is both quiet and compact. Thanks to its extremely low sound levels, it can be comfortably installed at the point of use. In addition, the PMNG HE takes up very little space, as it delivers more flow (43% more for the top end models) in the same compact footprint.

How does membrane nitrogen generation work?

The PMNG HE uses membrane technology, a very simple, reliable and continuous nitrogen production method. Hollow polymer membranes separate nitrogen from compressed air, permeating enriched oxygen into the atmosphere and leaving quality nitrogen with a purity between 95% and 99.5% at outlet.

    A wide range of applications

The PMNG produces the right nitrogen quality and purity with maximum reliability and efficiency for a wide variety of applications, including:

    • Tire inflation
    • Fire prevention
    • Tank blanketing
    • Pipeline drying

    Membrane Nitrogen Generators

Membrane nitrogen generators utilize semi-permeable membranes to separate nitrogen gas from the surrounding air, providing a continuous and on-site source of high-purity nitrogen gas without the need for traditional nitrogen storage or delivery systems.
