Its integrated design brings together a variable speed compressor, PSA nitrogen generator, high-pressure booster, filtration, and storage, all pre-assembled on a single base frame. With one power input and one nitrogen connection, it’s a true plug-and-play system that simplifies installation and operation.

 

Designed to operate flexibly, the SolarNitro Skid HE can be programmed to run when energy is most affordable or abundant. Available in 40-bar for on-demand use or 300-bar with built-in cylinder storage, it supports reliable nitrogen production while significantly reducing electricity costs and dependence on fossil-fuel-based supply.

Pressure Swing Adsorption technology

The PPNG SolarNitro Skid HE integrates the advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology within a compact skid solution to deliver high-purity nitrogen with outstanding efficiency. This technology separates nitrogen from other atmospheric gases based on adsorption characteristics under varying pressures. Air is directed through vessels filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS), which selectively capture oxygen and contaminants, allowing pure nitrogen to pass through. By alternating between high and low pressures, the CMS are regenerated, ensuring a reliable and consistent nitrogen supply.

The PPNG SolarNitro Skid HE features a variable speed compressor with an integrated refrigerant dryer, designed to closely match air demand through automatic motor speed adjustments. This system employs a direct-driven transmission for exceptional energy efficiency and reliability. Enhanced noise insulation ensures very quiet operation, while the compact design benefits from the integrated refrigerant dryer, making the system both space-efficient and highly effective.

4-stage filter train for guaranteed purity and reliability

The PPNG 1-12 Skid HE is equipped with a 4-stage filter train, ensuring guaranteed purity and reliability. This filtration system includes general-purpose and high-efficiency oil-coalescing filters, an activated carbon tower, and a high-efficiency particle filter. Together, these components provide air quality of class 1:4:1, according to ISO8573-1:2010 standards, at the inlet of the nitrogen generator, ensuring optimal performance and consistently high nitrogen purity.

Purelogic control, monitoring & energy scheduling

The Purelogic controller ensures intelligent, self-protective monitoring of feed air quality to maintain optimal system performance. It delivers accurate control over nitrogen flow, purity, and pressure, ensuring reliable and consistent output. In addition, the built-in PLC functionality enables smart energy scheduling—allowing the system to operate during periods of low electricity tariffs or when surplus solar energy is available. With the optional 24/7 ICONS remote monitoring, users can also track and manage performance remotely, gaining full visibility and control over system efficiency and energy use.
