AC 15-100 Cycling Refrigeration Dryers

Pneumatech’s AC range delivers advanced refrigeration drying technology with minimal operational costs. Equipped with our proprietary energy-saving algorithm, AC dryers adjust energy consumption based on real-time ambient temperature and pressure dewpoint, eliminating the risk of downstream corrosion. When cooling demand decreases, the compressor stops, cutting power usage by up to 50%.

Exceptional energy efficiency is further ensured through low pressure drops, zero-loss drains, and the use of rotary compressors with R513A refrigerant. This combination boosts efficiency by up to 30%, reduces refrigerant use by 19%, and fully complies with EU regulation 517/2014.

Refrigeration dryer technology

Refrigeration dryers, available in air-cooled or water-cooled models, cool the warm, moisture-laden air from the compressor. This process starts in the air-to-air heat exchanger and continues in the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger, where moisture condenses and is drained. The air is then reheated to room temperature, lowering the pressure dew point and preventing condensation on the piping. This heat exchange also reduces the refrigerant system’s cooling demand by cooling the incoming air. As the most widely used drying technology, refrigeration dryers have a broad range of applications.
