    The Pneumatech PH HE heatless adsorption dryer has always earned its High-Efficiency label. Its new models with the Solides desiccant take these energy savings to a new level. Thanks to this groundbreaking structured adsorbent, the PH 12-64 HE with extruded profile design offers the lowest total cost of ownership on the market. It also sets new standards in reliability, low maintenance requirements, and versatility.

    The new PH 12-64 HE owes its superior performance to its revolutionary adsorbent, Solides. This solid, structured desiccant allows for an unobstructed, evenly distributed air flow to ensure a low pressure drop. This gives you significant energy savings and an absolutely stable dew point.

    In addition, Solides decays much more slowly than traditional desiccant beads do. That means that it lasts 40% longer. In addition, it also eliminates the well-known desiccant dust that can cause a dryer to break down if the dust is not filtered out. Finally, because Solides is installed in blocks, maintenance is much faster and easier.
