Thanks to its groundbreaking structured desiccant, Pneumatech’s PH 90-690 HE adsorption dryer offers unprecedented benefits and the lowest cost of ownership. It is the most efficient dryer available on the market today with an optimal, even air flow and low pressure drop.

Because structured desiccant decays at a much slower rate than desiccant beads, the PH HE’s service intervals are 40% longer. The desiccant blocks also make maintenance much faster and easier.

The PH HE takes dryer reliability to another level. While desiccant beads create dust that can cause dryer failures and compromise your production, the PH HE’s solid desiccant eliminates this risk. The result is an absolutely stable pressure dew point every day of the year. The PE HE’s robust design and exclusive pneumatic valves ensure outstanding drying results even in tough conditions.

The easy-to-use PureLogic™ controller allows you to optimize the performance and efficiency of your PH HE.

Adsorption Dryers

Adsorption or desiccant dryers remove moisture from air or gas streams by passing them through a porous material called a desiccant, ensuring dry and moisture-free conditions.
