Pressure Swing Adsorption technology

The PPNG 1-5.5 HE nitrogen generator utilizes advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to deliver high-purity nitrogen with exceptional efficiency. This technology works by separating nitrogen from other atmospheric gases, taking advantage of the unique adsorption characteristics of gas molecules under varying pressures. Air is passed through vessels filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS), which selectively capture oxygen and other impurities, allowing only purified nitrogen to flow through. By cycling between high and low pressures in different vessels, the CMS are continuously regenerated, ensuring a steady and reliable nitrogen supply.
