Sound-proof headset

Enables leak detection in extremely noisy environments

If gases escape through leaks in piping systems (e.g. untight screwed connections, corrosions and so on)ultrasonic noises are generated. The Leak Check A leak detector can pick up even the smallest leak inaudible to the human ear from distances of several meters.

The Leak Check A transforms the inaudible signals into a frequency which can be identified. By means of the comfortable sound-proof headset these noises can be realized even in extremely noisy environments.

Furthermore, it traces leaks with refined sensor technology and improved support. By means of the integrated laser pointer which serves for target heading the leak can be localized more accurately.

Leak Detectors

Leaks in compressed air systems may be tiny, but they can have huge effect on a compressor’s energy consumption. In fact, by eliminating leaks, energy costs can be reduced by up to 30%. To make sure that no air and energy is wasted, a leak detector helps find and eliminate these leaks.
